School in the Neighborhood

The Marcus School profiles itself as a true neighborhood school. The school aims to be there for the children in the neighborhood, and this is evident through its status as a Peaceful School in the Peaceful Neighborhood of Overvecht. The Marcus School is an active school that continually develops in the areas of basic skills (reading, language, and arithmetic), social-emotional development of our children, and student care. Our children and our team work together in a Peaceful School. As a ‘true neighborhood school,’ the Marcus School actively participates in neighborhood activities. The developments that have been initiated will continue in the new policy period. Attention to consolidation remains necessary.
